How does coaching contribute?

Coaching has a big impact on self esteem, in example by creating consciousness of strengths and talents. When your employees know what they're good at, they take more responsibility and work together more effectively (because they know when to ask for help and how to make us of other people's strengths).

On top of that it becomes crystal clear what gives them energy and what costs them energy, which also contributes to working more effectively (i.e. stop complaining, start working on a solution). When you focus on what gives you energy, you never become exhausted and you are motivated, productive and open to grow further.

My name is Anneke. The past years I have coached employees in their personal and talent development for multiple start-ups. The feedback I get the most is that employees feel safe to share openly, that I ask questions that give them new insights and then they are encouraged to take action.

My approach

Real growth happens when someone is intrinsically motivated to learn. Therefore I let my coachees in the lead of their own coaching process. This means they take initiative to book their own sessions and they decide what topic we talk about.
