Hi, my name is Anneke Dekker!

Since three years I coach dozens of employees at start-ups, from developers and marketeers to team leads and managers.

I highly enjoy the ambition, openness and willingness to learn. I believe (and see) that everyone is motivated to grow and actively contribute to the company.  

Optimal performance does require a certain level of relaxation, self confidence and courage. And the right environment can make a world of difference.

When I still was an employee and experienced a few different managers in a row, I experienced how big the impact can be. When I shortly worked as a manager after, I also discovered it wasn't easy to create that context next to the responsibilities I had on my plate. 

Thus it is now my mission to support start-up teams. I offer coaching for employees to relieve management and offer direct support. And at the same time coaching for managers and team leads, so I eventually become redundant. 

On the 25th and 26th of May I share my most valuable insights and tips that you can directly apply to your team!
